Okmulgee Area Development Corporation (OADC) is seeking a retail/site development entity to develop a tract of prime retail property located on the northern edge of Okmulgee, Oklahoma.  We have composed a request for proposal process to award an agreement between OADC and a development organization to construct and manage a retail/commercial services outlet.

 

OADC has supplied details outlining the available property with regional details of the realistic market for this tract.  In late 2010 a Holiday Inn Express opened and have enjoyed occupancy levels exceed their initial projections. 

 

  1. This is a 30 acre Certified Brownfield site located on Highway 75 on the northern edge of Okmulgee Oklahoma – a suburb of Tulsa, second largest city in Oklahoma.
